Welcome
MKVEG is a local group affiliated to various national vegetarian, vegan and animal protection organisations. We help to spread our message by running regular stalls in support of national campaigns and to provide information for a healthy diet. We hold street collections in shopping centres throughout the region for the benefit of organisations we support . Click on our links below for a schedule of our activities.
MKVEG has a monthly meeting to schedule and review our campaigns, the venue is Wetherspoons in Midsummer Boulevard (adjacent to Chiquitos Restaurant) and are held on the 2nd Friday of the month from 6.30 - 8.30pm. If you are interested in attending it would be useful to e-mail Peter on MKVEG or ring/text 07967 589663 otherwise lookout for a magazine on a table in a quiet area.
For a great place to eat MKVEG recommends Veggie World at 150-152 Queensway Bletchley, open Wednesday to Saturday, lunch-times and evenings.

Day of Action Against Dairy & Cadbury's Chocolate
Our campaign stall will be outside the Old Co-op store in Stanier Square or further along the walkway towards the Brunel Centre entrance.
The campaign is led by Viva! so we will also have available materials by Viva! & other organisations campaigning for a dairy-free / plant-based diet. We shall be distributing literature that highlights the cruelty in the industry / Cadbury's chocolate and suggesting humane & sustainable alternatives.
